If you already have the previous app, just update it..
The basic service of Whooming is totally free. Do you want more? Check our subscription options, you'll surely find the one that's right for you.
The subscription will transfer automatically, so you won't lose it.
To deactivate all call forwarding, enter the following code on your phone: ## 67 # and press the green call button. Warning: if you deactivate call forwarding, Whooming services will no longer work.
After configuring Whooming, upon receiving an anonymous call, you will only have to HangUp the call (red key), immediately afterwards you will be able to check the real number that was calling you into the "Call list" into your Whooming account.
In line with privacy laws, Whooming retains call data for up to 15 days. After 15 days, we are no longer able to provide the numbers of the calls received beforehand.
If you cannot find your telephone operator in the configuration list, please report it to us. You can still try to configure your phone using the codes of the main operators in the list, or by contacting your Customer Service and asking how to set the "DIVERT WHEN BUSY" for your operator to the Whooming number.
Some disturbers use special services (usually also illegal) for making calls. It could happen that these services are not traceable by Whooming.
To register, simply download the app and follow the registration instructions.
The app has a guided configuration. Just follow the instructions step by step. If you still encounter any problems, please contact us!
Whooming will be able to monitor anonymous calls once configured. Whooming cannot view and recognize calls received BEFORE its installation.
If you don't remember the password to access Whooming, you can retrieve it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" on the login screen of the app. You will then have to enter the email you registered with. You will immediately receive an email containing the new password to access.
The email is sent automatically. If you do not receive it, check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folders. Also, some email providers take a few minutes to process certain types of emails. Wait a few minutes and check your inbox again.
